In the beautiful West African country of Sierra Leone, there’s an amazing beach just outside of Freetown where a river tributary meets the sea. Some say that the white sand, and crystal blue waters against the backdrop of lush green rolling hills are the inspiration behind the colors of the flag that fly over the beautiful people in this nation.
While these colors make a good flag, we think that they make a good hammock too. And since there is no better beach to hang a hammock from in Sierra Leone, we’ve named this Color Cloud after this special place. While your Color Cloud may not make it all the way to the original River Number Two, there’s lots of beautiful beaches across the world that will be better in your hammock.
Where is your favorite hammock hanging beach?
